Franco Mancini
Founder and owner Franco C. Mancini has a lifelong passion for building and design. Franco earned his degree in architecture from Lawrence Technological University. He began his career in the building industry in 1986 when he started Champagne Homes, Inc. He is motivated by the goal to provide highly individualized services for each of his building endeavors; incorporating the traditional family values, instilled by his father, Delmo Mancini, which have been carried down through generations.
Franco Mancini has contributed to the construction of numerous extraordinarily, exquisite homes in developments such as: Baycourt Estates, Turnberry Subdivision, Whitney Estates, Walnut Creek, Summerfield Estates, Altermatt Farms and The Rivers. Other remarkable developments include: Bellagio, Baycourt Condominiums, Averhill Parc Condominiums, Abbotsford Parc and Eastmill Pond.
Several years ago, Franco expanded his talent by venturing into commercial construction which has achieved him great success. His accomplishments in commercial projects include: Pacton Parc, Van Dyke Parc, The Computer Plus and Media One buildings. Other projects include Malibu Centre and Dalcoma Professional Centre. The success of these projects can be attributed the philosophy’s which Franco has practiced and perfected in the residential building arena.
